To strengthen our team in Goleniów (PL), we are looking for:
Operations Director (m/f)
to start as soon as possible
As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing one of our highly modern B2C logistics centres. Your area of responsibility will include, along with product management, leadership and management of the associated areas of technology/facility management, project management/business development and HR. You have an outstanding knowledge of intra-logistical processes from your extensive experience. Together with your similarly excellent technical knowledge, you have no difficulty in quickly recognising opportunities for optimisation and breaking projects down into expedient parts. You keep a cool head even in a complex and highly dynamic working environment and quickly make well considered and analysed decisions which you are able to present convincingly at CEO level.
